I’m not receiving emails from Breck. What can be done?

Verify whether you gave the correct email. If yes, then check the SPAM folder in your mailbox. Perhaps our message ended up there. If you still fail to find our email, we kindly ask you to contact us.

How to register?

You can register here. There are two ways to register:

linking the Breck’s account to the account on the social network (Facebook);

setting up a new account using email.

Both ways ensure the full use of the Breck’s Shop.

I cannot log in. What can be done?

In such a situation, a common problem is incorrectly entered data. If you don’t remember the password, click the “Forgot password?” link, which is visible in the “password” field on the “Login and registration” subpage. We will generate a new password for you and send it to the email provided during registration so that you can log in to your account. If the problem still occurs, we kindly ask you to contact us – we will certainly help you).

How do I find a product that interests me?

We’ve provided for our clients three ways of searching for the right product in the Breck shop. These ways are available on the home page:

using filters, you look for products by entering the car brand, model and product type;

after entering in the search engine the keyword or VIN or the product number;

going to the list of products by clicking the “check product” button, respectively for Breck’s brake pads and discs.

How to place an order?

Placing orders is easy, clear, and intuitive. After finding the right product, we add it to the basket by clicking the right icon on the products list or by clicking the “Add to basket” button, visible on the product sheet. Upon doing this, the selected product is in the basket. We move to the basket by clicking the right icon. Then we go through an easy and quick order completion process.

How will we execute the order?

We deliver via DHL couriers or InPost parcel lockers. You will find more information on the delivery methods subpage.

How will I pay for the products?

There are two forms of payments – cash on delivery or via secure online payments, DotPay/Przelewy24. You will find more information on the payments methods subpage.

I’ve ordered the wrong product. Can I return it?

You have the right to return the product within 14 days since the receipt of the parcel. You will find more information here.

Will the courier contact me?

It is not obligatory for the courier to contact you. It happens sometimes but we cannot guarantee it. It is up to a particular courier service provider.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Registration is not required. We allow you to place an order without registration, although, registration is fast and trouble-free at our shop, that’s why we encourage you to create an account.
